Ensure remote follow-up with clients (including post-operation and dermatological care) when they are unable to attend clinics, for example, during vacation.
Evaluate the degree of urgency and give clients first aid instructions. Manage your daily priorities more efficiently.
Fine-tune your diagnosis by observing the animal in situ, for example for behavioural disorders, or for pain management.
Discuss remotely with specialist colleagues to complete your diagnosis in real time.
Inform your client how their animal’s operation went. Reassuring them will save you time!
